Being the worst in the band is not as bad as it sounds.

This is great place to push yourself and learn from those around you.

It is also probably not the case you are as bad as you think because otherwise why would you have been hired? But we all have to start somewhere and usually when you come up you will find yourself playing with people older and wiser.
